Frequently Asked Questions

  • What regular service do you offer?

    We offer either full or basic services.


    Full service includes:

    year around weekly visits with services including mowing, blowing, edging, trimming, weeding, light pruning, spring aeration, spring overseed, 4 times/year fertilizer, and 2 times/year iron application.


    Basic service includes:

    biweekly visits with services that include mowing, blowing, and trimming

  • Are you licensed and bonded?

    Yes, we are fully licensed and bonded through Washington State.

  • How tall of trees/hedges do you prune?

    Up to 10 feet.

  • How does billing work?

    We send out bills at the end of every month either by email or by mail, your choice. We offer a variety of ways to pay that is described on your invoice.

  • Do you do lawn irrigation system or land scape design?

    Unfortunately no, our focus is on land scaping maintenance. We can provide reference if needed.

  • Do you use organic fertilizer and is it safe for children/animals?

    We can use organic fertilizer upon request; however, we find that synthetic fertilizer yields in the best results. All products that we use are children, animal, and environmentally friendly.
